Fluent in English and Spanish, with deep roots in the USA and Mexico she has a wealth of experience dealing with international clients. With over a decade of mortgage experience at the Bank of Mexico and ING Insurance, Alicia has a firm grasp on the finance dimension of the deal.
She also brings more international and design expertise through her 15 year tenure as design engineer and purchasing manager at two leading Canadian furniture manufacturers with over $50m in sales per year. Intense forecasting, scheduling, logistics and price considerations with vendors from Italy, China, Uruguay, USA and Mexico has honed her negotiating skills to be among the best just go shopping with her for the afternoon and you will see what we mean!
